"Her voice is angelic, powerful, and unexpected — and she wields it like a woman who has always known exactly what it's for."
California-born soprano Jayme Alilaw is praised for her lush and vibrant tone throughout the operatic, classical, and spiritual repertoire. A decade-long Resident Artist with The Atlanta Opera, she has brought singular interpretive power to roles including Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro and Maria in En Mis Palabras.
She is a fierce and unapologetic advocate for the performance of works by African American composers — a mission that runs through every program she creates and every stage she inhabits.
An Army veteran with advanced degrees in Vocal Performance, Jayme brings the full authority of a singular life to the art form: rigor, vision, and uncompromising presence.
An operatic excavation of exile, sovereignty, and shadow. Drawing from Florence Price, Puccini, Rosephanye Powell, William Grant Still, and B.E. Boykin, this work maps the Lilith archetype onto the lived experience of the Black woman — cast out, yet sovereign. Developed through the Reiser Lab Grant and artist residency retreats.

A framework for leaders, creatives, and changemakers who are ready to speak, act, and lead from the truth of who they are — with clarity, confidence, and care.
From over two decades as an opera singer, vocal coach, and ICF-trained leadership coach, Jayme distilled what makes a voice truly resonate — in a room, in a life, in an organization.
Authenticity is not performance — it is recognition. The authentic voice grows according to its own range and capacity, anchored in values that don't shift with moods or seasons. This pillar is about uncovering what you are made of, so that everything you create, say, and lead flows from that ground.
Embodiment is the practice of being in tune with body, mind, and creation. It is fortified by healthy boundaries — not walls, but the structures that maintain the integrity of your being. This pillar is about knowing where you begin and end, so that your presence has shape and your work has form.
Empowerment is internally sourced and outwardly expressed. It is the capacity to lead from within — to declare your truth, set direction, and inspire others not from a title or permission granted by others, but from a deep recognition of your own authority. This pillar is about the courage to be seen in your fullness.
Whether you lead an organization, run a creative practice, or are navigating a season of deep personal transition — there is an entry point for you.
A keynote and training series guiding leaders, teams, and ERGs to communicate with clarity, lead from values, and cultivate brave organizational culture. Available as a single keynote or multi-session series across all three pillars.
A workshop for creative entrepreneurs navigating imposter syndrome, building grounded identity, and learning to lead their practice from self-authority. Rooted in values work, embodiment practices, and Jayme's own artistic journey.
A deep-dive coaching engagement using The Resonant Life Workbook as a companion — part journal, part mirror, part map. For leaders and creatives ready to integrate every part of themselves and build a life that is not only seen and heard, but felt.
Speaking engagement, workshop, or coaching program — every conversation starts with a single question: what does your voice need right now?

California-born soprano Jayme Alilaw is praised for her lush and vibrant tone throughout the operatic, classical, and spiritual repertoire. A former Resident Artist with The Atlanta Opera spanning over a decade, she is recognized for her nuanced and deeply human portrayals across a wide range of repertoire.
Alilaw is a fierce advocate for the performance and preservation of works by African American composers. Her three signature programs — Black Lilith Burlesque, Sang Ms. Jayme, and La Femme Noire: The Celebrated Woman — represent her deepest artistic commitments: to make audible what has been silenced, to honor what has been overlooked, and to offer the stage as a site of sovereign self-expression.
An Army veteran and educator, Alilaw brings to her artistry the discipline, presence, and moral clarity of a woman who has served, survived, and chosen joy. She holds advanced degrees in Vocal Performance and has appeared on stages across the American South in operatic, concert, and theatrical contexts.
She is the founder of Good Soil Production + Management, a community arts organization producing immersive outdoor concert experiences, short operas, and multidisciplinary performances rooted in community and co-creation.
