Through From The Core Coaching, Jayme empowers leaders, creatives, and organizations to align values, voice, and action. Her signature framework, The Resonant Voice™, helps clients embody authenticity, dissolve fear, and step into courageous presence. As an Atlanta-based executive coach and Black women's empowerment coach, and a Leadership Coach with LUMO Leadership, she works with individuals and teams to build resonance that transforms both people and culture.

Jayme Alilaw is a soprano known for the richness of her voice and the power of her storytelling. With over 15 years of performances spanning opera, concert, and cross-disciplinary collaborations, she creates work that uplifts Black narratives and merges artistry with advocacy. Her projects include Black Lilith Burlesque, La Femme Noire, and the Good Soil: Garden Gallery Series.
